The City of Worcester's Independence Day celebration will take place on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Cristoforo Colombo Park (East Park) on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester.
The City of Worcester has one pool, two spray parks and four beaches. The City is also home to three state beaches and pools. All sites are open to the public during the summer.

The Worcester Public Works Department operates three yard waste drop-off sites for all Worcester residents, open April through November.
Celebrating 14 years on the Worcester Common, the Out to Lunch Festival and Farmers' Market returns this summer with live bands, outdoor performers, artisans, nonprofits, food, farms and fun, beginning July 11 and running through August 15.
The goal of this program is to provide Worcester residents with opportunities to engage in healthy eating, active living, community building and spending the summer becoming a healthier Worcester. The program runs from June 10 through August 31, Mondays through Saturdays at 8 City locations. We hope to see you there!
