The City and WPS maintain a "no solicitation" policy. Companies interested in introducing a new product or service may do so by emailing to bids@worcesterma.gov. Please provide all relevant information. The Purchasing Division will share this information with the relevant departments and agencies and you will be contacted for more details if interest exists.
Please refer to the following:
Included in the bid details are the Bid Results and Awardee(s) which are entered when available. You may review the most recent Closed Bids (six months) or Search the City of Worcester Bids database. Please note bids are available online for three years.
For bids/contracts issued by the Purchasing Division, we will establish an internal vendor number in order to process purchase order requests. For other goods and/or services, the department requesting the item(s) will follow the same procedures in order to process purchase order requests. Companies interested in introducing a new product or service may do so by emailing to bids@worcesterma.gov. Please be sure to provide all relevant information.
The Purchasing Division posts all open bids, quotes and request-for-proposals on its website. All may be downloaded from the website. Interested bidders may also register their business online for email alerts that will occur when bid opportunities arise in the category(ies) registered.
Please refer to the Guide to Purchasing.
