On October 18th, 2024, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers had a search warrant for a Queen St address. At about 4:50 PM, officers entered the apartment. They detained several people inside the apartment, and located a large amount of what appeared to be fentanyl, what appeared to be powder cocaine, a digital scale, and other drug paraphernalia.
Officers also located three handguns and ammunition in the apartment. Twenty-five-year-old Jalfrin Nicacio does not have a license to carry firearms. He was placed under arrest for Trafficking in Fentanyl over 200 Grams, Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute, 3 counts of Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, 3 counts of Improper Storage of a Firearm, 3 counts of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card.
