On October 21st, 2024, and approximately 8:29 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a report of three males with a gun. Upon arrival, officers noticed two males sitting in a vehicle matching the description given to dispatch and a third male, later identified as twenty-two-year-old Kimali Olivo of Worcester, walking away from a second vehicle.
The three males were stopped and checked for weapons, with a negative result. The first vehicle was searched for a firearm, with a negative result. Officers then searched the second vehicle for a firearm, which Olivo confirmed he drives.
Officers did not recover a weapon, but did find 109 individually wrapped marijuana, which is consistent with distribution. A 16-ounce container of Promethazine, a class E substance that’s only available with a prescription, was also found. Olivo did not have a prescription for it. A search of Olivio revealed a large baggie containing approximately 50 pills, which later tested positive for heroin.
Olivo is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D, Trafficking Heroin and Possession of Class E. The other males were released.
