WPD Vice Squad Arrests Man for Warrant, Cocaine
On Thursday, June 13, 2024, at approximately 8:52 am, officers with the Worcester Police Vice Squad had information that Thiago Teixeira, thirty-eight-years-old of Framingham, was involved in distributing cocaine. In addition, Mr. Teixeira had an active warrant for drug and firearms offenses.
Officers observed Mr. Teixeira in a vehicle on Piedmont Street, and stopped the vehicle. He complied with officers who removed him from the vehicle and placed him in handcuffs.
Officers found crack cocaine, cash, and drug paraphernalia inside of his fanny pack. More cocaine was discovered in a cup in the driver’s side door. Teixeira was arrested on his warrant and is additionally charged with two charges of possession to distribute class B with intent.
