The Worcester Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony tomorrow at 4:30 PM at City Hall in the Levi Lincoln Room. City Manager Eric Batista and Chief Paul Saucier will preside over the ceremony. During the ceremony, the officers will take their oaths before family members and colleagues. The promotions of the following officers will be recognized:
