On October 12th, 2024, at about 5:30 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the Banner Bar and Grill on Green St for a report of a past break. Officers determined that someone had broken into the business and stolen items. After an investigation, they developed probable cause to charge thirty-year-old Rafael Perez-Crespi with Breaking and Entering at Nighttime for a Felony and Vandalism, and an arrest warrant was issued.
On October 15th, an officer was on patrol in the area of City Hall when he observed Mr. Crespi-Perez, who was placed under arrest for the warrant.
