On September 8th, 2024, at about 4:45 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of Millbury St for a report of larceny from a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers gathered information and determined that speakers and DJ equipment were stolen from a parked vehicle.
Officers investigated and determined that two men approached the vehicle, opened the trunk and removed the items. Officers issued a BOLO to check the area for the two men. Short after, officers stopped a man identified as forty-three-year-old Lawrence Gaul of South Buffum St. They located the speakers near Mr. Gaul and placed him under arrest for Breaking into a Vehicle during the Nighttime and Larceny Over $1200. The speakers were returned to their owner.
