On May 5th, 2024, at about 12:36 PM, Worcester Police officers were on Channing St for an investigation when they observed Thomas Lee Frazier, forty-eight-years-old of Greenwood St, enter a residence. They knew that Mr. Frazier had six outstanding arrest warrants for serious charges, so they entered the residence after him.
Officers located Mr. Frazier and told him he was under arrest. Mr. Frazier charged at one of the officers and immediately began to fight. During the struggle, he bit an officer’s ear, causing bleeding. He also attempted to take an officer’s tools. Eventually, he was taken into custody. He is charged with his six warrants, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Assault to Maim, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Resisting Arrest.
