On June 10th, 2024, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Spoodles Deli on Main St for a report of a past break. Upon arrival, officers investigated and found that the side door had been forced and items were taken from the store. The report was forwarded to detectives for the follow-up investigation.
After an investigation, officers developed probable cause for the arrest of Keyon McDaniels, twenty-six-years-old of Queen St, for Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime and Larceny in a Building. An arrest warrant was issued for Mr. McDaniels.
On June 15th, an officer working an off-duty assignment saw Mr. McDaniels on Main St. The officer verified that the warrant was active, and arrested Mr. McDaniels for the outstanding warrant.
