On September 7th, 2024, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a Green St business for a report of a past break. Someone entered the business and stole money from the register overnight. The officer was able to view the suspect on video.
On September 10th at about 12:30 AM, the same officer was on patrol in the area of Kelley Square when he observed a male, identified as thirty-year-old Rafael Crespi of Main St, who was wearing the same clothes as the male pictured in the video. The officer stopped Mr. Crespi and identified him as the male in the video. Mr. Crespi was placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime for a Felony.
