On May 31st 2022, Worcester Police Gang Unit officers were on patrol in the area of Harding St when they observed a motor vehicle drive through the stop sign at Seymour and Harding St. The officers pulled over the vehicle on Endicott St and approached the driver’s side, where they observed Jose Toledo, twenty-four-years-old of Yonkers. Officers knew that Mr. Toledo had an active warrant for his arrest, and asked him to step out of the vehicle.
Officers placed Mr. Toledo under arrest for the warrant. They located a loaded handgun in the vehicle, and Mr. Toledo did not have a license to carry firearms. He is charged with Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License, Carrying a Firearm without a License, and Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card. He will be arraigned in court.
