On October 14th, 2024, members of the Worcester Police Department’s Vice Squad were in possession of a search warrant for an address on Perry Avenue. At approximately 5:14 PM, the target of the warrant, thirty-eight-year-old Elvin Delacruz exited the residence and drove away. A vehicle stop was performed, and Delacruz was taken into custody without incident.
The Vice Squad executed the search warrant at the Perry Avenue Address. Two males, thirty-six-year-old Erick Urbaez and thirty-one-year-old Jean Rosario, were found inside with a large amount of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and cash. Approximately 112 grams of fentanyl and 157 grams of cocaine were recovered.
All three males are charged with Trafficking a Class A Substance (Fentanyl) 100-100 grams and Trafficking a Class B Substance (Cocaine) 100-199 grams.
