On Tuesday, March 15, 2022 officers assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team observed a vehicle changing lanes multiple times without using a turn signal. Officers also notice that the occupants in the vehicle did not have a seat belt on. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on North Service Road. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 23-year-old Xavier Rodriguez of Worcester. Mr. Rodriguez had an expired or non-renewable Massachusetts drivers license. A passenger of the vehicle, identified as 26-year-old Bladimir Valentin Quiterio had three outstanding warrants. None of occupants in the vehicle had drivers licenses so the vehicle had to be vowed.
While conducting an inventory report, officers found $3,550 cash in the vehicle. They also located 37 individual wrapped baggies of Fentanyl.
Xavier Rodriguez of 5 McKinley Road was charged with failure to stay within the marked lanes, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, trafficking Fentanyl more than 10 grams.
