WORCESTER, Mass. – The Declared Winter Parking Ban for the City of Worcester was lifted at 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24. Residents using municipal garages during the ban have until 12 p.m. on Tuesday to move their vehicles before regular rates resume.
