On March 21st 2023, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers possessed a search warrant for a Kinney Drive address. At about 6:20 PM, officers entered the apartment and located the target of the warrant, fifty-six-year-old Alexander Shtudiner. Mr. Shtudiner was detained while the officers searched the apartment and located a large amount of what appeared to be Methamphetamine with packaging materials. In addition, officers located fourteen firearms, including six handguns, five rifles, and three shotguns, one of which was sawed-off. Mr. Shtudiner was placed under arrest.
Mr. Shtudiner does not have a license to carry firearms. He is charged with Trafficking in a Class B Substance (Methamphetamine) 18-36 Grams, Possession of a Sawed Off Shotgun, two counts of Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession of a Ammunition without an FID Card, thirteen counts of Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, and Armed Career Criminal 1.
