On May 28, 2024 members of the Worcester Police Department Vice Squad had a search warrant for a residence on County Club Boulevard. At approximately 4:40 pm, entry was made and targets forty-seven-year-old Jorge Vidot-Villafane and a fifty-one-year-old Rafael Diaz were found. Upon entry, Diaz appeared to make a throwing motion to the front porch/balcony. Two small containers were found in that area. One had 20 bags of crack cocaine and the other had 14 bags of fentanyl, along with some cash. One bag of fentanyl weighing approximately 14 grams and 17 smaller bags of fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia and more cash was located inside of the apartment. A total of $1,727 cash was found. Diaz was arrested on several warrants, Possession w/intent class B 2nd and Trafficking more than 10 grams fentanyl. Vidot-Villafane was arrested and charged with a warrant, possession w/intent Class B and Trafficking more than 10 grams fentanyl.
