On January 23, 2025, at approximately 11:10 AM, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team observed a drug transaction between two males in the area of King Street and Shepard Street.
Officers stopped the male who purchased the drugs. Two baggies of crack cocaine were found in his pants pocket. He stated that he did buy the drugs from the male. He was charged with possession of crack cocaine and will be summonsed to court.
Officers then stopped twenty-two-year-old Warren Collins on King Street. Four individually wrapped bags of crack cocaine were found on his person, along with pills containing Oxycodone. These are illegal to possess without a prescription.
Collins is charged with Distribution of a Class B Substance and Possession to Distribute a Class B Drug.
