On August 27th 2022 at about 7:45 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a Henchman Terrace address for a report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with first-floor residents, who said that they observed a stool outside their living room window. When they entered the apartment, they saw a female in a bedroom. She ran away when they found her, and they saw that several of their possessions had been taken.
Officers searched the area and found a female, identified as Sheila Rodriguez, thirty-five-years-old of Barclay St, hiding in the vacant second floor. Ms. Rodriguez had no reason to be there and was placed under arrest. Officers found that she was in possession of the missing items from downstairs, and also located multiple rounds of ammunition. Ms. Rodriguez does not have an FID card. She is charged with Breaking and Entering, Larceny from a Building, Trespassing, and Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card. She will be arraigned in court.
