On December 25th 2023 at about 12:15 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to County St for a report of a loud party and a large group yelling outside. Officers responded and advised the group to be quieter. At about 3:40 AM, officers were dispatched to the same address again for people outside yelling and very loud music.
Officers arrived and confirmed that people were yelling and the music was very loud. They knocked on the door and a group of over fifty people began to leave. As the large crowd was exiting the residence, an officer’s attention was drawn to a male identified as thirty-three-year-old Kerbily Ducasse, who was exiting with an open bottle of liquor. Officers advised Mr. Ducasse to leave the bottle of liquor inside, and told him that he would be arrested if he exited. He acknowledged their statement but continued to leave with the bottle.
Mr. Ducasse was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed a loaded handgun with a defaced serial number. He does not have a license to carry firearms in Massachusetts. Mr. Ducasse is charged with Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Removal of Serial Number from Firearms, Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol, and Disturbing the Peace.
