On July 28th, 2024, at approximately 11:12 PM, Worcester Police officers in the Main Street area observed two males and a female outside of a business whose owner asked police to enforce its “No Trespassing” signs.
A male, later identified as thirty-nine-year-old Jose Davila-Pizzaro of Worcester, appeared to remove something from his mouth, looked down at it in his hands and appeared to manipulate the item. Officers observed the female count money before completing a transaction. A male then completed a similar transaction with Davila-Pizzaro. Officers quickly caught up with the male buyer who handed them crack cocaine. He will be summonsed to court.
Officers located Davila-Pizzaro on Main Street. Officers searched him and discovered Fentanyl rolled up in his groin area. Davila-Pizzaro was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of a Class B Substance, and Trespassing.
