On July 24th, 2024, at approximately 12:36 AM, Worcester Police officers on Main Street were outside of a business with “No Trespassing” signs posted. They observed a male grab something from his sock before he placed it on a rail and began to cut it into pieces. He then put the pieces into the hand of another male. Officers observed him constantly looking around as he did this.
The buyer was arrested shortly before thirty-year-old Rawkeem Perry of Worcester was arrested. Officers located three baggies containing suspected crack cocaine inside of Perry’s sock, along with some small pieces on the railing. Drug paraphernalia was found in Perry’s belongings.
Perry is charged with Possession to Distribute a Class B Drug, Possession of a Class B Substance, and Trespassing.
