On February 5th, 2025, Worcester Police Gang Unit officers had a search warrant for a Suffolk St apartment in connection with an ongoing firearms investigation. At about 7 PM, officers assigned to the Gang Unit, Crime Gun Intelligence Unit, and Emergency Operations entered the apartment.
In the apartment, officers located a loaded handgun and various calibers of ammunition. A seventeen-year-old boy was placed under arrest and is charged with various charges in connection with the firearm.
