On March 6th 2022, Worcester Police officers responded to two calls for armed robberies of individuals in the Pleasant St area. In both cases, victims reported that a masked male pointed a firearm at them and demanded money. Someone attempted to use credit cards stolen during the robbery. The cases were referred to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.
After an investigation, detectives developed probable cause for the arrest of Jaiden Rodriguez, eighteen-years-old of Oread St. On March 24th 2022 Mr. Rodriguez was placed under arrest. He is charged with two counts of Armed Robbery while Masked, two counts of Receiving a Stolen Credit Card, and two counts of Identity Fraud. He will be arraigned in court.
