On Sunday, August 11, 2024, at approximately 12:26 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a call for a pedestrian hit on Greenwood Street. Officers discovered an adult female Worcester resident with serious injuries. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital where she is in critical condition. The driver remained at the scene. The Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
