Small Wireless Facilities in the Right of Way

For those seeking to locate wireless facilities within the right of way, please review the relative documents below. You must complete the Small Wireless Facilities Permit Application Form and return to:

Small Cell Application Fees:

• For a single application with between one (1) and five (5) small wireless facilities on existing utility poles or wireless support structure is $500.00.
• For a single application with more than five (5) small wireless facilities on existing utility poles or wireless support structure is $500.00 plus $100.00 for each facility over five (5) small wireless facilities.
• For new small wireless facility on a new utility pole or wireless support structure is $1,000.00.
