The City of Worcester's resurgence was featured in a National Public Radio story titled "Forget Oakland Or Hoboken. Worcester, Mass. Is The New 'It' Town," that aired across the country on October 23.
"Worcester is seeing its stock rise so fast that it is outpacing just about every other small city in America and could find itself a case study for urban growth," notes the story.
Worcester City Manager Edward M. Augustus Jr. is also interviewed in the piece.
