WORCESTER, Mass. – Repairs are being made to the traffic signal at Park Avenue and Highland Street on Wednesday, Nov. 27 that will impact traffic flow in the area. Motorists are advised to avoid the intersection at Park Avenue and Highland Street between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
