Worcester, MA (September 10, 2014) - We are pleased to announce that Parking Ticket Appeals can now be submitted online via our City of Worcester website.
Customers no longer have to come into City Hall in person or use an envelope and stamp to appeal a parking ticket in writing. You can simply visit our Online Parking Ticket Appeal form, complete the required fields on the screen and then click on the "Send!" button; it's that easy!
Please note that in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, you may appeal your violation within 21 days of the issuance date. Once the Parking Administration Office receives the parking ticket appeal, the ticket is placed on "hold" and does not accumulate penalties for the duration of the appeal.
Appeals submitted online Monday through Friday after 4:30 PM, weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If you submit your appeal after 4:30 PM on the 21st day after your issuance, you must contact the Parking Administration Office at (508) 799-8656 regarding your submission.
