WORCESTER, Mass. – The Declared Winter Parking Ban for the City of Worcester was lifted at 12 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 12. Residents using municipal garages have until 12 p.m. on Monday to move their vehicles before regular rates resume. Regular rates will apply for vehicles entering municipal garages after 12 p.m. on Dec. 12.
