On February 3rd 2022, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers were in possession of a search warrant for a Perkins St address. At about 6:15 PM, officers entered the residence and discovered Edwin Molina, thirty-two-years-old, near several rocks of what appeared to be crack cocaine. A more extensive search of the residence revealed a handgun with a defaced serial number, ammunition, and items used for the drug packaging and distribution. Mr. Molina does not have a license to carry firearms.
Mr. Molina was placed under arrest and is charged with Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Use of a Firearm in a Felony, Possession of a Firearm with a Defaced Serial Number, and Possession of a Class B Substance (crack cocaine) with intent to Distribute. He will be arraigned in court.
