On March 4th 2024, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers had a search warrant for a Vernon St residence. At about 6:35 AM, officers entered the residence and detained the target of the warrant, sixty-nine-year-old James Washington. Officers located several bags of what appeared to be cocaine, bags of what appeared to be crack cocaine, digital scales, bags, and other packaging material.
Mr. Washington was placed under arrest and is charged with Trafficking in a Class B Substance 37-99 Grams and Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute.
