On October 23rd, 2024, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers developed information that a male, later identified as forty-four-year-old Christian Andino-Morales, was dealing fentanyl from his Honda Pilot. At about 8 PM, officers observed the vehicle in the area of Walgreens on Park Ave and initiated a motor vehicle stop.
Officers located what appeared to be two loaded handguns in the vehicle, and Mr. Andino-Morales did not have a license to carry firearms. In addition, officers located a bag of what appeared to be fentanyl and crack cocaine.
Mr. Andino-Morales was placed under arrest. He is charged with 2 counts of Carrying a Firearm without a License, two counts of Use of a Firearm while Committing a Felony, 2 counts of Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute.
