On September 17th, 2024, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Abby’s House in Worcester for a report of a commercial break. They determined that a break had occurred, and the incident was referred to the Detective Bureau for the follow-up investigation.
After an investigation, detectives developed probable cause for the arrest of sixty-six-year-old Larry Berry of Outlook Drive. They applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. Berry, which was granted.
On November 15th at about 10:10 AM, an officer assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team observed Mr. Berry driving in the area of Harrison St. The officer stopped the vehicle and placed Mr. Berry under arrest for his arrest warrant, taken out for Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime, Larceny in a Building, Possession of Burglarious Tools and Vandalism.
