On August 24th 2023 at about 9:15 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a Birmingham Rd address for a report of a house break. Officers made contact with the homeowner, who confirmed that no one was authorized to be in the residence. Officers arrived and saw movement inside the house. They also saw that a window near the side door had been broken.
Officers called for backup and ordered anyone inside the residence to exit. One male exited the residence and was taken into custody. Officers entered and located an additional male and a female inside. Officers located a small amount of what appeared to be crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Thirty-nine-year-old Ryan Quinlivan, thirty-six-year-old Paula Ericson, and forty-two-year-old Joshua Paul were placed under arrest and are charged with Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime, Vandalism, and Possession of a Class B Substance (crack cocaine).
