On the morning of June 10th 2022, Worcester Police Gang Unit officers had a search warrant for a Seymour St address. At about 6 AM, officers entered the residence and observed a female, identified as Karla Pimentel, thirty-one-years-old, throw a plastic bag out of the window. Officers located a loaded handgun, and found that the plastic bag contained what appeared to be crack cocaine.
Karla Pimentel was placed under arrest and is charged with Trafficking in a Class B Substance over 200 Grams (Crack Cocaine), Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, and Resisting Arrest.
Resident Juan Toro-Santiago, twenty-seven-years-old, was also placed under arrest and is charged with Trafficking in a Class B Substance over 200 Grams (Crack Cocaine), Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. They will be arraigned in court.
