City of Worcester Declared Parking Ban is declared as of 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Starting at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, municipal parking garages will be free of charge to any vehicle that enters after 3 p.m. until the Declared Winter Parking Ban is lifted. In the case of parking for a special event, event rates apply.
