    Come to the annual State of the Lakes event to learn about the health of Worcester's lakes and ponds in 2024 and upcoming plans for 2025! The Lakes and Ponds Program will give an overview of water quality monitoring results, lake management efforts and volunteer opportunities. Local community groups will share information about opportunities to get involved in your watershed and community.

    Doors open at 5:15 p.m. Parking is available behind the building, off Spurr Street. Come early to connect with local watershed and community groups and enjoy light refreshments!

    The Worcester Senior Center is a bright, welcoming place for all seniors, their families and caregivers, elder service providers and the community at large. Approximately one mile from City Hall, the Center has ample on-site, free parking. There is a strong emphasis on health and wellness programming, in addition to fitness, intergenerational events, support groups, arts & crafts classes, multi-cultural programs, computer classes and various other educational and recreational activities.
