WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday, July 23, 2024, to celebrate the opening of a Worcester 311 Customer Service Center at 799 Main St.
The celebration marks a re-activating of the space, which will offer municipal services such as birth and death certificates, dog licenses, business certificates, passport registrations and renewals, and more. There will also be Worcester 311 customer service representatives on site to handle walk-in constituent concerns such as trash and recycling, streets and sidewalks, nuisances/complaints, fallen trees, etc.
The site will also be the home of the city’s first yellow trash bag vending machine.
