Worcester, MA (October 7, 2016) - The Worcester Division of Public Health and the University of Massachusetts Medical School will be hosting a forum on the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) on October 25th, 2016. The event will feature a variety of perspectives, including keynote speaker Audrey Morrissey, as well as panel speakers. Ms. Morrissey is the director of My Life My Choice and has worked to develop survivor-led programs for girls and women who are in danger of commercial sexual exploitation. Her keynote address, "A Survivor’s Story," will focus on the commercial sexual exploitation of children told through her own life experience. The panel speakers will include Dr. Erik Garcia from Community Health Link, Dr. Marianne Sarkis from Clark University and Tracy DeFusco from Children's Advocacy Center, as well as others.
