Worcester, MA (February 23, 2015) - The Worcester Division of Public Health, in partnership with the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center and Fallon Health, will present this week an annual report on the progress of the present the Greater Worcester Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
The event is from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday, February 25th, at Worcester City Hall's Levi Lincoln Room, 455 Main Street. See the attached flyer below for more information.
Please join us for an informational update on the status of the CHIP which includes: Healthy Eating & Active Living, Behavioral Health (Mental Health & Substance Abuse), Access to Care & Wellness, Violence & Injury Prevention and Health Equity & Health Disparities.
The CHIP uses the knowledge and expertise of individuals and organizations from all spheres of our community and aims to improve the quality of life and prosperity of residents of Greater Worcester, including the communities of Grafton, Holden, Leicester, Millbury, Shrewsbury, West Boylston and Worcester.
