The City of Worcester offers a convenient mobile payment option – Passport Parking - to pay for parking either on-street or in municipal parking lots. The Passport Parking app is free to download from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and users may also manage their parking account online at passportparking.com.
Parkers who have previously used the ParkBoston app to pay for parking in Worcester should install the Passport Parking app on their mobile device, as the ParkBoston app will no longer accept payment for parking in Worcester after Aug. 15, 2022. Existing user account information in ParkBoston will transfer into the new Passport Parking app when it is installed.
