The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will hold a Live Virtual Design Public Hearing concerning ADA Retrofits at Various Locations in District 3, which includes Worcester, on Jan. 19 at 6 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to learn about and comment on the proposed reconstruction of existing pedestrian curb ramps to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Architectural Access Board (AAB) standards at several locations in Worcester, as well as in other MassDOT District 3 municpalities Framingham, Leominster, Milford, Millville, Northbridge, and Sudbury.
