The City Manager has declared a snow emergency as of 4 p.m. January 28. A travel ban will be in effect as of 11 p.m. The Residential Drop-Off Center, Worcester Public Library and Oval Skating Rink will be closed on January 29. A declared parking ban goes into effect at 12 a.m. on Saturday, January 29. The EOC is activated in monitoring phase and all personnel are on standby to respond as needed.
