WORCESTER – The City of Worcester will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for Crompton Skate Park on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 3 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.
City leaders will celebrate the opening of the new skate park, which includes elements for all skateboarding skill levels. The accessibly designed park includes a bowl, street course, snake run, and other skating elements.
The City-owned property includes new storm water management elements and flood storage areas which made building a skate park at this location possible.
