Worcester, MA (June 2, 2017) - The Atlantic Hurricane Season, which runs through November 30th, started on June 1st. Historically, the majority of tropical storms and hurricanes that have impacted our region occur during the months of August and September. However, it remains important to begin preparing yourself, your family, your home and business now in anticipation of this season. Severe thunderstorms also bring lightening and high winds, and have potential to even spawn tornadoes.
