Chairperson Councilor Wally recognized Councilor Toomey, who discussed the costs associated with the development and maintenance of the program, the time range of the public records in the program and how the records are transferred to the Open Data Portal.
Chairperson Councilor Wally recognized Councilor Russell, who spoke concerning the item.

# 9.39A CM March 16, 2021 | Attachments | | | | | | | Chairperson Councilor Wally read the item and recognized the Director of Urban Innovation, who discussed the various features of the advertisement kiosks, the pilot program for the advertisement kiosks, the costs associated with implementation of the kiosks, challenges concerning implementing kiosks from different vendors, the process to select the vendors for the pilot program, the placements of the kiosks and concerns relative to vandalism.
Chairperson Councilor Wally recognized Councilor Russell, who discussed the Wi-Fi capabilities of the kiosks and possibilities for pedestrian interaction based on locations of the kiosks with Wi-Fi capabilities with the Direct of Urban Innovation.
Chairperson Councilor Wally recognized Councilor Toomey, who discussed whether the kiosks will have printing and charging capabilities.
Chairperson Councilor Wally moved for a roll call vote to recommend the item be filed.
