Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized Councilor Mero-Carlson, who discussed the process to request the guardrails be painted with the DPW Assistant Commissioner.
Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized Councilor Toomey, who discussed wooden guardrails with metal reinforcements with the DPW Assistant Commissioner.
Chairperson Councilor Russell then discussed the timeline for the installation of the guardrails with the DPW Assistant Commissioner.
