Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks, who recommended the item be held in order to provide City Council with a status report of actions being taken to increase maintenance adjacent to the facility.
Chairperson Councilor Russell discussed the item with the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks, stating that for the next Public Work Committee meeting a schedule for maintenance for the area should be provided.

Chairperson Councilor Russell discussed the schedule for resurfacing and sidewalk rehabilitation programs.
Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized Councilor Wally, who discussed the construction periods for the sidewalk rehabilitation and street resurfacing programs with the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks.
Chairperson Councilor Russell then put forth the following Chairman’s Order: Request City Manager request Commissioner of Public Works and Parks review paving done as a result of utility work to ensure all repairs on roads not planned for full resurfacing were completed to the proper standards, including paving done in the Upsala St. neighborhood.
