| | Chairperson Councilor Russell read the item and then requested the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks to give an overview of the procurement contract to supply water meters for replacement. Mr. Labovities then answered questions raised by the committee as well as Councilor Rosen. The Chair moved to recommend approval of the Item. Motion approved on a voice vote.
