Transmitting informational communication relative to the pay rates of hired equipment for snow plowing and salting/sanding. # 9.5A CC November 12, 2019

Chairperson Councilor Russell moved to take Items #1a and #1b collectively and read the items. Assistant Commissioner Matthew Labovites was present to address questions posed by the Committee and Councilor Rosen. Chairperson Councilor Russell moved to file both items. Motion approved on a voice vote.

Transmitting informational communication relative to a five year procurement contract for water meter replacement. # 8.5A CC November 26, 2019

Chairperson Councilor Russell read the item and then requested the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks to give an overview of the procurement contract to supply water meters for replacement. Mr. Labovities then answered questions raised by the committee as well as Councilor Rosen. The Chair moved to recommend approval of the Item. Motion approved on a voice vote.
